广告设计专业的课程设置、人才培养模式、教学模式与高度发展的行业现实之间一直存在距离,教学中的一些问题也得不到很好解决。“大赛进课堂、学生进大赛、学习出教室、师生全方位互动、大赛综合考评”及“两进一出、全方位互动、综合考评”的大赛辅助式教学模式,使教学中出现的课本内容实效性弱,学生主动性不强,广告设计教学与行业知识需求距离大,学生学习方式和场所单一等问题得到了有效地解决。并在推广使用过程中取得了良好的效果。
