近十年来铸造工作者对铸铁中各种类型石墨的表面形态进行了研究,对各种类型石墨的结晶特征提出了看法,设计出不同的结晶模型。由于未能直接看到石墨内部结晶构造的特征,因此这些模型往往存在一定的局限性。继1955年土仓秀次等发表第一张离子腐蚀石墨球结构的照片后,还有一些学者利用这一方法进行过石墨球结构的研究,这对揭示球状石墨结晶特征起到重要作用。也有人用氧化腐蚀法成功地腐蚀出球状石墨结晶构造特征。本文系采用热氧化气氛腐蚀方法,即在500~600℃的温度下对几种形态的石墨进行氧化腐蚀,以扫描电子显微镜进行观察分析,提出对铸铁中石墨结晶类型的初步看法。
In recent ten years, the foundry workers have studied the surface morphology of various types of graphite in cast iron, put forward their opinions on the crystallization characteristics of various types of graphite and designed different crystallization models. Due to the inability to directly see the internal crystalline structure of graphite, these models often have some limitations. Following the publication of the first photo of the ion-corrosive graphite ball structure by Tsukamura et al. In 1955, there are still some scholars who use this method to study the structure of graphite ball, which plays an important role in revealing the crystallization characteristics of spheroidal graphite. Some people have also successfully corroded the structural features of spheroidal graphite by oxidative corrosion. In this paper, the thermal oxidation atmosphere corrosion method, that is, at 500 ~ 600 ℃ temperature of several forms of graphite oxidation corrosion observed by scanning electron microscopy, put forward a preliminary view of the type of graphite in cast iron.
