随着我国高铁事业的全面推进,高速铁路动车的刹车部件制动盘的制作工艺得到了十分去全面的关注。本篇文中主要介绍了制动盘制造过程中的热处理方法,其中主要涉及到预埋法热处理、碳渗透法、碳元素氮元素结合渗透法,以及感应淬火法。此外,还简单的介绍了目前十分先进的激光淬火法、碳元素低压渗透法等等工艺在动车制动盘制作方面的发展状况。并在文章的最后以高质量、绿色环保等几个标准对制动盘在未来的发展进行了展望。
With the comprehensive promotion of the cause of high-speed railways in our country, the production process of the brake discs of high-speed railway vehicles has been very concerned about. This article mainly introduces the heat treatment method in the brake disc manufacturing process, which mainly involves the embedded heat treatment, carbon infiltration method, carbon elemental nitrogen infiltration method, and induction hardening method. In addition, the current state of the art of laser quenching, carbon-based low-pressure infiltration, and so on, are briefly introduced. At the end of the paper, the future development of brake disc is prospected with several standards, such as high quality, green environmental protection and so on.
