目的 研究海群生药化食盐防治丝虫病效果 ,探讨防治丝虫病最有效、最经济的方法。方法 先查清各县 (市、区 )分乡 (镇 )微丝蚴率 ,然后分乡制定出海群生药化食盐的剂量 ,再按规定剂量送盐到户。结果 7县 1市 3区平均微丝蚴率由防治前的 0 .77%下降至 0 .16 %。海群生药化食盐防治丝虫病 ,具有效果好、副反应少的优点 ,比传统的反复普查普治方法节省防治时间 3～ 6年 ,节约防治经费 797万元 ;比普查后实施海群生药化食盐防治丝虫病的方法节约经费 2 4 0万元。结论 海群生药化食盐是防治丝虫病的有效、经济的方法。
Objective To study the effect of sea cucumber medicinal salt on the prevention and treatment of filariasis and to explore the most effective and economical method to control filariasis.
