结合理论和首钢股份公司迁安钢铁公司生产实践情况,根据RH脱碳原理和现场生产数据,将RH脱碳过程分为快速脱碳、慢速脱碳、脱碳基本停滞3个阶段,研究了真空压力、提升气体流量、吹氧及废钢合金加入时机、浸渍管插入深度、热弯管粘渣等因素对脱碳的影响,强调了RH真空设备功能精度管控的重要性,提出了预抽真空使用可大大提高脱碳速率,提升气体流量宜采用先低后高的控制模式,热弯管定期清渣可增加通道内径提高排气速率等。首钢股份公司迁安钢铁公司通过在极低碳钢生产过程中不断优化,极低碳钢的炼成率已从最初的不足50%提高到90%以上,平均RH结束钢水w(C)在0.001%以下。
