2004年.全球数字动漫产业产值达2228亿美元,与其相关的周边衍生品产值则高达5000亿美元以上。2005年.这个数字还在进一步增长.美、日、韩等国的动漫产业已成为本国国民经济的支柱产业之一。对中国而言,尽管2005 年.经广电总局审查批准立项的动画片共达239部.计24534 集.比2004年有了很大的提高.但我国动漫及相关产业仍然仅为韩国的1/30.与中国庞大的动画受众市场需求和构建国产动画产业的需要极不相符。因此.2005年.广电总局进一步加大了政策扶持力度.有力地推动了国产动画产业的形成和发展。
