目的:探讨甘草苷(Liquiritin,LQ)对人膀胱癌细胞T24增殖和凋亡的影响及其可能作用机制。方法:实验分为对照组、LQ20、50、100μg/mL组。MTT观察LQ对T24细胞增殖的影响,Annexin V/PI染色,流式细胞术检测LQ对T24细胞细胞凋亡的诱导作用,Western blot检测Caspase 3蛋白表达。结果:与对照组比较,LQ20、50、100μg/mL在24、48、72h均对T24有明显的细胞增殖抑制作用,LQ作用72h后细胞凋亡率增高,Casepase3蛋白含量明显增高。结论:LQ能抑制T24细胞的增殖和诱导细胞凋亡,其机制与Csaepase3蛋白表达增高有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Liquiritin (LQ) on the proliferation and apoptosis of human bladder cancer cell line T24 and its possible mechanism. Methods: The experiment was divided into control group, LQ20,50,100μg / mL group. The effect of LQ on the proliferation of T24 cells was observed by MTT. Annexin V / PI staining and flow cytometry were used to detect the effect of LQ on the apoptosis of T24 cells. Western blot was used to detect the expression of Caspase 3. Results: Compared with the control group, LQ20, 50 and 100μg / mL all inhibited the proliferation of T24 at 24, 48 and 72h. LQ increased the apoptosis rate and increased the expression of Casepase3 at 72h. Conclusion: LQ can inhibit T24 cell proliferation and induce apoptosis, the mechanism of which is related to the increase of Csaepase3 protein expression.
