目的:探讨大肠癌组织c-Met和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达以及两者与肿瘤血管生成的关系及其临床病理学意义。方法:选取经病理确诊的51例大肠腺癌手术切除组织标本,免疫组化SP法检测c-Met和VEGF的表达及微血管密度(MVD)。结果:大肠癌组织中c-Met和VEGF的阳性表达率分别为72.55%(37/51)和52.94%(27/51);与Dukes分期密切相关,P<0.05。大肠癌组织c-Met、VEGF均为阳性时MVD值为37.94±7.53,单一阳性时分别为30.67±1.45和23.82±7.45,均为阴性时MVD值最小,为13.64±5.33。大肠癌组织中c-Met和VEGF的表达呈显著正相关,rs=0.614,P<0.05。结论:c-Met和VEGF在大肠癌发生、发展和转移过程中起重要作用,并与肿瘤血管生成相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression of c-Met and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in colorectal carcinoma and their relationship with tumor angiogenesis and its clinicopathological significance. Methods: Totally 51 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma were confirmed by pathology. The expression of c-Met and VEGF and the microvessel density (MVD) were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results: The positive rates of c-Met and VEGF in colorectal cancer tissues were 72.55% (37/51) and 52.94% (27/51) respectively, which were closely related to Dukes stage (P <0.05). The MVD was 37.94 ± 7.53 in colorectal cancer tissues with positive c-Met and VEGF, and 30.67 ± 1.45 and 23.82 ± 7.45 in single positive, respectively. The minimum value of MVD was 13.64 ± 5.33 in both cases. The expression of c-Met and VEGF in colorectal cancer was significantly and positively correlated, rs = 0.614, P <0.05. Conclusion: c-Met and VEGF play an important role in carcinogenesis, development and metastasis of colorectal cancer, and are associated with tumor angiogenesis.
