目的 :调查羞耻感对社区女性尿失禁患者求医态度的影响。方法 :采用便利抽样法抽取温州市5所社区医院的女性尿失禁患者232名进行问卷调查,了解女性尿失禁患者羞耻感和求医态度的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。结果 :社区女性尿失禁患者的求医态度总分为(31.88±3.79)分,女性尿失禁患者的羞耻感与其求医态度呈负相关,回归分析显示,控制人口学变量之后,行为羞耻、家庭羞耻共可以解释女性尿失禁患者求医态度的30.7%。结论 :临床医护工作者应重视女性尿失禁患者求医态度的现状,制订针对性的干预措施,降低女性尿失禁患者的羞耻感,提升其求医态度。
Aims: To investigate the impact of shame on the attitude of seeking medical advice to female urinary incontinence patients in community. Methods: A total of 232 female incontinence patients in 5 community hospitals in Wenzhou City were sampled by the convenience sampling method to investigate the status quo of shame and medical treatment in women with urinary incontinence, and to explore the relationship between the two. Results: The total score of seeking medical treatment in community female incontinence patients was (31.88 ± 3.79) points. There was a negative correlation between the shame of female incontinence patients and the medical treatment attitude. Regression analysis showed that after controlling for demographic variables, behavior shame, family Shame can explain a total of 30.7% of female patients with urinary incontinence seeking medical treatment. Conclusion: Clinicians should pay attention to the status quo of female patients with urinary incontinence, and formulate targeted interventions to reduce the shame of women with incontinence and improve their medical attitude.
