叶酸是人体所必需的一类水溶性维生素,在新陈代谢中发挥着重要作用。临床上总叶酸的检测主要采用竞争性蛋白结合法,但不同检测系统间的检测结果可比性不佳。液相色谱串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)更为灵敏和特异,但该方法检测蝶酰谷氨酸时,存在不同实验室间结果差异较大的问题。标准化的实施有助于改进叶酸不同检测系统间结果可比性。叶酸化学性质不稳定,代谢物种类繁多,结构和功能各异,因此,实现叶酸检测的标准化存在一定的挑战。“,”Folate is a type of water-soluble vitamin necessary for the human body and plays an important role in metabolism. Total folate was mainly detected by competitive protein binding method in clinic, but the results between different testing systems were not comparable. Liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is more sensitive and specific, but the results of folic acid detection by LC-MS /MS differ greatly from laboratory to laboratory. The implementation of standardization helps to improve the comparability of results between different detection systems. Folate has unstable chemical properties, various metabolites, different structures and functions, so there are still some challenges in realizing the standardization of folate detection.
