作者研究用超声波作活髓切断术的效果,治疗138例牙髓炎,年龄15~55岁,共治疗150个牙(单根牙32,多根牙118),急性局灶性牙髓炎39,急性弥漫性牙髓炎35,慢性纤维性牙髓炎70,慢性肥大性牙髓炎6。用苏联产医用超声装置YPCK-7H-18和一组特制波导管,超声工作头有充填器型和挖器型,直径1~3mm。超声发生器规格:频率24.5~28.5千赫兹,工作头振幅30~35μm。牙髓麻醉后制备龋洞,然后用充填器型超声波工作头经过呋喃西林液(1∶5000)处理龋洞1分钟,接连不断地用注射器添加呋喃西林液。吸干窝洞,用消毒牙钻除去髓室
