附属医院是医科院校的重要组成部分,除了承担日常繁重的医疗及科研工作外,临床教学工作也是它的基本任务和中心工作,是完成高等医学院校临床教学任务的主体。随着医疗体制改革,对临床教学工作提出了更高、更新的要求,这迫切地需要我们针对医改的新形势,认真调研、深入剖析临床教学工作中“教”、“学”、“管”三方面的现状及存在的问题,并寻找相应的对策。基于此,我们组织两所附属医院(南方医院、珠江医院)教学管理人员及有关专家、教授,对临床医学专业九四年级学习学员“三基”掌握情况、临床诊疗能力和临床思维能力进行了考核,为进一步健全和完善临床教学管理制度,制定临床教学评价标准提供了依据。
Affiliated hospitals are an important part of medical colleges. In addition to undertaking daily heavy medical and scientific research work, clinical teaching work is also its basic task and center work. It is the main body for completing clinical teaching tasks in medical colleges and universities. With the reform of the medical system, higher and newer requirements have been put forward for clinical teaching work. This urgently requires us to focus on the new situation of medical reform, and conduct serious investigations and in-depth analysis of “teaching,” “learning,” and “management” in clinical teaching. Three aspects of the status quo and existing problems, and find the appropriate countermeasures. Based on this, we organized the teaching staff and related experts and professors of two affiliated hospitals (Southern Hospital and Zhujiang Hospital) to carry out the “Three Basics” knowledge acquisition, clinical diagnosis and treatment ability and clinical thinking ability of the ninety-fourth grade students in clinical medicine. The assessment provides a basis for further improving and perfecting the clinical teaching management system and formulating clinical teaching evaluation standards.
