介绍了某飞机发动机放气门作动筒的工作原理。利用UG软件对放气门作动筒的零部件进行了三维建模,并模拟分析了作动筒的主要零件在工作时的应力及变形情况。仿真分析认为,壳体在使用时应力和变形主要发生在口部和开设进出油的孔位;活塞杆的破坏最有可能发生在头部。
Describes the working principle of an aircraft engine bleed valve actuator. Using UG software, the parts of the actuator of the deflation valve were modeled three-dimensionally, and the stress and deformation of the main components of the actuator during operation were simulated. The simulation analysis shows that the stress and deformation of the shell are mainly occurred in the mouth and the hole of the oil inlet and outlet when the shell is in use. The destruction of the piston rod is most likely to occur in the head.
