4200 kN缆索吊,跨度420 m,起吊整体节段350 t钢桁梁,是我国高速铁路架设大跨度连续钢桁梁拱桥的大型吊装设备,在国外亦属罕见。此文简要介绍了缆塔与扣塔合二为一的塔结构的设计特点、施工方法,并对工程造价进行了探讨和分析。
4200 kN cable crane with span of 420 m and lifting 350 t steel truss girder is a large-scale hoisting equipment for erecting long-span continuous steel truss girders in China’s high-speed railway and is rare in other countries. This paper briefly introduces the design features and construction methods of tower structure combined with cable tower and buckle tower, and discusses and analyzes the project cost.
