目的通过对百精抗痨颗粒药效学的研究,探讨其治疗耐药肺结核的作用。方法将50只小鼠随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、百精抗痨颗粒高、中、低剂量组,分别观察其对小鼠咳嗽的影响、对小鼠游泳时间的影响及抗炎作用等。结果百精抗痨颗粒在延长小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数,延长小鼠的游泳时间,对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀的抑制作用,抑制大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀等方面与空白对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论百精抗痨颗粒能使SO2引发小鼠咳嗽的潜伏期有延长的趋势,并能明显减少小鼠咳嗽次数;明显延长小鼠的游泳时间,提高动物抗疲劳能力;有效抑制大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀,作用时间可持续3h。
