当前,企业的竞争除创意和产品外,最主要的是人才的竞争。员工培训是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,但对于中小企业来说,理念、财力、规模等方面都制约了企业对人力资本投入,而人力资本又决定着企业长远、健康、可持续的发展。如此,就形成了一个中小企业难以摆脱的“怪圈”。企业希望留住优秀人才,但是人才也需要更大更好的平台继续发展,如何实现企业和员工的“双赢”成为现代企业面临的重大问题。文章基于员工职业生涯规划的企业培训体系进行研究,提出中小企业员工培训体系的新思路,希望将传统的被动培训转变成积极的主动培训。
At present, the competition among enterprises is mainly talent competition except creativity and products. Staff training is an important part of human resources management in enterprises. However, for SMEs, the investment in human resources is restricted by the concepts, financial resources, and scale, and human capital also determines the long-term, healthy and sustainable development of the enterprises. . So, it is difficult for SMEs to emerge “circle of ideas ”. Enterprises want to retain talented people, but talents also need a bigger and better platform to continue their development. How to achieve a “win-win” between enterprises and employees has become a major issue facing modern enterprises. Based on the research of enterprise training system of staff career planning, the paper puts forward a new train of thought for staff training system of SMEs and hopes to transform the traditional passive training into active training.
