本文报告超声内镜（ＥＵＳ）对５０例胰腺癌的诊断正确率、图像特征及术前进展程度诊断的研究。结果表明：①ＥＵＳ对胰腺癌的显示率达１００％，诊断正确率达９４％，高于ＵＳ、ＣＴ和ＥＲＣＰ。②胰腺癌局限性肿大占９２％，边缘隆起占８０％，高回声占８％，混合回声１２％。６２％的胰腺癌有胰管扩张，６４％有胆管扩张，５６％有淋巴结转移。③ＥＵＳ对胰腺癌术前被膜浸润、胰后方组织浸润、淋巴结转移和门脉浸润的诊断正确率分别为７２％、７４％、７６％和８０％。
This article reports the diagnostic accuracy, image features, and diagnosis of preoperative progression in 50 cases of pancreatic cancer by endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS). The results showed that: 1EUS shows 100% of pancreatic cancer, and the diagnostic accuracy is 94%, which is higher than that of US, CT and ERCP. 2 The localized pancreatic cancer enlargement accounted for 92%, the marginal uplift accounted for 80%, the hyperechoic accounted for 8%, and the mixed echo was 12%. 62% of pancreatic cancers have pancreatic duct dilation, 64% have bile duct dilatation, and 56% have lymph node metastasis. The diagnostic accuracy of 3EUS in preoperative invasion of pancreatic carcinoma, pancreatic tissue infiltration, lymph node metastasis, and portal vein invasion were 72%, 74%, 76%, and 80%, respectively.
