用乳化法将消炎痛制成混悬型微型灌肠剂,用紫外分光光度法测定消炎痛的含量,平均回收率为98.04%,CV:1.75%。通过高温加速试验,表明该制剂有效期可达二年。 The indomethacin was made into a suspension-type mini-enema by emulsion method. The content of indomethacin was determined by UV spectrophotometry with the average recovery of 98.04% and the CV of 1.75%. Accelerated by high temperature test, indicating that the formulation is valid for up to two years.
