博物馆数字信息资源是博物馆知识服务的重要资源基础,通过对信息资源进行整合来促进对资源的深度开发和利用,是互联网技术环境下资源利用的趋势。目前,关于博物馆信息资源整合的研究思路多集中于技术架构与资源标准方面,较少关注博物馆组织内部的协同问题。而博物馆组织内所有个人与群体间的协同与配合往往决定着整合行为的成败。因此迫切需要一种新的视角,来指引资源整合研究和实践的推进。在研究中引入组织变革理论,将信息资源整合视作一种变革行为进行重新认识,可以为解决整合过程中的“组织协同”问题添加新的思路。
Museum digital information resources are the important resource base of museum knowledge services. The integration of information resources to promote the deep development and utilization of resources is a trend of resource utilization in the Internet technology environment. At present, the research ideas about the integration of museum information resources mostly focus on the technical architecture and resource standards, and pay less attention to the coordination problems within museum organizations. The coordination and coordination among all the individuals and groups in the museum organization often determine the success or failure of the integration. Therefore, a new perspective is urgently needed to guide the advancement of resource integration research and practice. Introducing the theory of organizational change into the research and re-understanding the integration of information resources as a kind of change behavior can add new ideas for solving the problem of “organizational synergy” in the process of integration.
