基于理论分析,劳动对权能感可能有重要影响,而工作伦理可调节二者关系。本文将劳动操作化为劳动收入、劳动时间、劳动强度、劳动控制、劳动技术和劳动体验六个维度,借助调查数据,分析了劳动对权能感的影响,同时探究了工作伦理的调节作用。本文认为,劳动对农民工的权能感有显著影响,具体表现为劳动控制越弱,劳动技术越低,劳动体验越差则权能感越低。另外,劳动对权能感的影响受到工作伦理的调节,工作伦理越强则劳动对权能感的影响越小。
Based on the theoretical analysis, labor may have a significant impact on the sense of empowerment, while work ethics can adjust the relationship between the two. In this paper, labor operation is divided into six dimensions: labor income, labor time, labor intensity, labor control, labor technology and labor experience. Based on the survey data, the paper analyzes the influence of labor on the sense of empowerment and explores the regulatory role of work ethics. This paper argues that labor has a significant impact on the sense of empowerment of migrant workers. The concrete manifestation is that the weaker the labor control, the lower the labor skills and the worse the labor experience, the lower the sense of power. In addition, the influence of labor on the sense of empowerment is regulated by the work ethic. The stronger the work ethic is, the less influence the work has on the sense of empathy.
