本文介绍西安油漆厂研制成功的3~#热处理保护涂料,及该厂在超高强度钢30CrMnSiNi_2A、30CrMnSiA 上采用3~#保护涂料工艺试验情况。并指出采用3~#涂料热处理后表面局部出现的黑色组织,是由于涂层质量不好,有裂纹、气孔及未溶颗粒在高温下氧化产生的。本文认为涂料在使用前经40目铜网过滤、并将涂料粘度控制在13~15″,涂层厚度控制在0.07~0.1毫米,就可以避免或减少产生黑色组织的倾向。
This paper describes the Xi’an Paint Factory successfully developed 3 # heat treatment protective coatings, and the plant in the ultra-high-strength steel 30CrMnSiNi_2A, 30CrMnSiA using 3 ~ # protective coating process test conditions. It is also pointed out that the black microstructure of the surface after 3 ~ # coating heat treatment is due to poor coating quality, cracks, pores and undissolved particles produced at high temperature. In this paper, the coating before the use of 40 mesh copper mesh filtration, and the paint viscosity control in the 13 ~ 15 ", the coating thickness control in 0.07 ~ 0.1 mm, you can avoid or reduce the tendency to produce black tissue.
