流动性大的技术工人的岗前培训往往耗费企业较多的培训资源,本文通过多媒体视频教学方法应用于企业技术工人岗前培训的实证研究,表明运用多媒体视频教学方法对学员的操作考试成绩以及培训满意度等指标都有显著改善。同时,研究分析了多媒体视频教学对技术工人岗位培训的适用性,以及在企业培训实践过程中需要处理好科学使用、商业保密性以及标准化与现场创新性等问题。
The pre-service training for skilled workers with large liquidity often consumes more training resources. This paper applies the multimedia video teaching method to the empirical study of pre-service training for technical workers in enterprises, and shows that using the multimedia video teaching method to test students’ Training satisfaction and other indicators have significantly improved. At the same time, it analyzes and analyzes the applicability of multimedia video teaching to the training of technical workers, as well as the problems such as scientific use, commercial confidentiality, standardization and on-site innovation need to be handled in the process of enterprise training.
