采用聚合酶链反应(PCR) 检测105 例出生后3 日内新生儿尿液中巨细胞病毒,同时应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测脐血特异性IgG 和IgM 抗体。结果,新生儿尿液HCMVDNA 阳性者33 例,阳性率31-4% ,脐血IgG 抗体阳性率100 % ,IgM 抗体阳性率1-9% 。结果表明PCR技术检测新生儿尿液HCMVDNA 有利于HCMV 先天性感染的早期诊断,早预防、早阻断。有利于更好地实行计划生育,有利于优生优育工作的开展,对提高我国人口素质有着重要的推动作用。
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect cytomegalovirus in urine of 105 neonates within 3 days after birth. At the same time, cord blood-specific IgG and IgM antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Neonatal urine HCMV DNA positive in 33 cases, the positive rate of 31-4%, umbilical cord blood IgG antibody positive rate of 100%, IgM antibody positive rate of 1-9%. The results show that PCR detection of HCMV DNA in neonatal urine HCMV congenital infection is conducive to early diagnosis, early prevention, early block. Is conducive to better implementation of family planning, is conducive to the implementation of prenatal and postnatal care work, to improve the quality of our population has an important role in promoting.
