建立锤击作用的有限元数学模型,利用该模型对白口铸铁焊补时锤击消除焊接残余应力进行实例分析。结果表明,在合适的焊接规范和工艺下,锤击不仅能有效地消除白口铸铁焊缝部位的应力,而且能促进热影响区拉伸残余应力的释放,甚至可以获得一定值的压应力。当在840℃~360℃温度区间进行锤击时,可以获得最佳效果。
A finite element mathematical model of hammering action was established. The model was used to analyze the welding residual stress of white cast iron by means of hammering and welding. The results show that the hammering can not only effectively eliminate the stress at the welded part of the white cast iron but also promote the release of tensile residual stress in the HAZ under proper welding specifications and processes, and even obtain a certain value of compressive stress. The best results are obtained when hammering at a temperature range of 840 ° C to 360 ° C.
