比较了各种原料组成、温度和流速的淋洗曲线,找出了原料组成与分离条件、淋洗剂消耗量及淋洗周期之间的关系.实验结果表明:当原料组成不同,分离条件相同,淋洗周期也相同时,原料中铽的含量越高,Tb4O7产量就越高,淋洗剂单耗越低;温度在30~50℃及流速在0.6~1.2cm/min范围内变化,不影响Tb—Dy的分离效果.因此,Tb—Dy分离可以在室温和淋洗剂流速较大的条件下进行,以简化工艺条件及设备,缩短周期,提高生产效率.
The leaching curves of composition, temperature and flow rate of various raw materials were compared and the relationship between raw material composition and separation conditions, eluent consumption and rinse cycle was found out. The experimental results show that when the composition of raw materials is different, the separation conditions are the same, and the rinsing cycle is the same, the higher the content of terbium in the raw materials, the higher the yield of Tb4O7, the lower the unit consumption of the eluent; at the temperature of 30-50 ℃ and the flow rate In the 0.6 ~ 1.2cm / min range changes, does not affect the separation of Tb-Dy effect.
