目的运用健康促进方法对上海市黄浦区某商业单位职工慢性病危险因素进行干预,探索企业开展慢性病综合防治有效方法。方法选择上海市黄浦区某商业单位,运用健康促进理论,在企业中通过建设健康支持性环境、开展健康讲座、定期健康体测等方式,评估干预前后职工在健康状况、膳食营养、体力活动、生活行为方式、企业健康支持环境等方面的变化。结果经过2年健康促进工作的开展,职工整体健康状况趋于良好(P<0.05);膳食结构有所改善,但蔬菜、水果、豆制品、奶制品的达标率仍然较低;职工体育锻炼以低强度运动为主;控烟工作取得较好效果,职工吸烟率和被动吸烟率下降有统计学意义(P<0.05);睡眠情况改善明显(P<0.05);职工自我健康监测和参与单位健康相关活动方面均有所提高,企业开展健康促进的工作得到了广大职工的认可。结论在工作场所开展慢性病危险因素干预,可以改善职工行为生活方式,降低慢性病患病风险,提升职工慢性病防控知识水平。
Objective To use the method of health promotion to intervene the risk factors of chronic diseases of workers in a commercial unit in Huangpu District of Shanghai and explore the effective ways for enterprises to carry out comprehensive prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Methods A commercial unit in Huangpu District of Shanghai was selected to apply health promotion theory to evaluate the health status, dietary nutrition, physical activity, life before and after the intervention by establishing a healthy supportive environment, conducting health talks and regular physical examination. Behavior, business support environment and other health changes. Results After 2 years of health promotion work, the overall health status of staff and workers tended to be good (P <0.05); the dietary structure improved, but the compliance rate of vegetables, fruits, soy products and dairy products remained low; (P <0.05); sleep improvement improved significantly (P <0.05); employee self-health monitoring and health-related units involved Activities have been improved, enterprises to carry out health promotion work has been recognized by the majority of workers. Conclusions The intervention of risk factors of chronic diseases in the workplace can improve the behavioral and lifestyle of workers and workers, reduce the risk of chronic diseases and enhance the prevention and control knowledge of workers with chronic diseases.
