目的探讨消防员人格状况,促进消防员人格健康发展,进一步为部队高危职业官兵的心理健康教育工作提供参考依据。方法采用卡特尔16种人格因素(16PF)量表对西安市某武警部队的消防员进行群体心理测评。结果新兵和老兵在乐群性、稳定性、兴奋性、敢为性、世故性、独立性、紧张性这7种人格因素得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。城市兵和农村兵在乐群性、恃强性、聪慧性、独立性、敢为性、怀疑性、幻想性、敏感性、忧虑性这9种人格因素得分差异(P<0.05)。未婚兵和已婚兵在稳定性、世故性、独立性、有恒性、敢为性、敏感性、实验性、纪律性、幻想性、忧虑性、紧张性这11种人格因素得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对消防兵的人格特征开展心理辅导和心理训练工作,使他们最大限度地发挥自己的职业潜能,对其成长和发展具有重要意义。
Objective To explore the personality status of firefighters and promote the healthy development of firefighters’ personalities, and to provide reference for mental health education of high-risk military officers and soldiers. Methods Sixteen personality factors (16PF) scale of cartel were used to conduct group psychology evaluation on firefighters of an armed police force in Xi’an. Results The recruits and veterans showed statistically significant differences in personality, stability, excitability, daring, precociousness, independence, and tension among the seven personality factors (P <0.05). Urban soldiers and rural soldiers in the music group, bullying, intelligence, independence, daring, suspicion, fantasy, sensitivity, anxiety, personality differences in 9 personality factors (P <0.05). Unmarried soldiers and married soldiers in the stability, sophistication, independence, constant, daring, sensitivity, experimental, disciplinary, fantasy, anxiety, tension of the 11 personality factors were statistically significant differences Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological counseling and psychological training aimed at the personality of the fire brigade are of great importance to their career potential and their growth and development.
