本文根据洞庭湖区各类血吸虫病传染源污染有螺湖洲及水体的行为学特点,提出了一个计算各类传染源实际污染指数的数学公式。初步认为可作为评价各类传染源实际污染能量的定量指标和选择化疗对象的依据,并可作为评价各类疫区的疫情变化以及考核化疗控制血吸虫病传播效果的定量依据。
In this paper, according to the behavioral characteristics of the source pollution of Schistosoma japonicum in the Dongting Lake area, a mathematical formula for calculating the actual pollution index of various sources of infection was proposed. It can be used as a quantitative basis for evaluating the actual pollution energy of various sources of infection and the basis for choosing the target of chemotherapy. It can be used as a quantitative basis to evaluate the epidemic situation of various epidemic areas and to evaluate the effect of chemotherapy in controlling schistosomiasis.
