目的了解高职院校管理干部培训需求情况,为拟定合理的培训计划、提高培训实效性提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,以某职业学院管理干部培训班全体学员为调查对象进行问卷调查,采用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行统计学处理和分析。结果 97.1%的调查对象认为自己非常需要或比较需要管理培训;培训内容主要集中在提高创新能力(73.9%)、协调能力(43.5%)、应变能力(43.5%)、调研能力(42.0%)等方面。结论高职院校应充分认识管理干部培训的重要性,通过分析管理干部现状及培训需求,建立培训长效机制,提高培训实效性。
Objective To understand the training needs of management cadres in higher vocational colleges and to provide basis for formulating a reasonable training plan and improving the effectiveness of training. Methods A random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on all the trainees in a vocational college management cadre training course. SPSS13.0 software was used to process and analyze the data statistically. Results 97.1% of the respondents think they need or need management training very much. The training focuses on improving the ability of innovation (73.9%), coordination (43.5%), resilience (43.5%), research ability (42.0%) and so on aspect. Conclusion Higher vocational colleges should fully understand the importance of training management cadres. By analyzing the status quo of management cadres and training needs, a long-term training mechanism should be established to improve training effectiveness.
