目的对“K 粉”急性中毒患者的心肌酶进行检测并探讨其临床意义,开展药学服务.方法采用 Rosalki 速率法、免疫抑制法分别检测“K 粉”急性中毒患者血浆中肌酸激酶和肌酸激酶同工酶,进行心电图检查,并与对照组比较.结果“K 粉”急性中毒患者的心肌酶、心肌缺血发生率较对照组明显增高,与正常对照组有差异性(p<0.01).结论“K 粉”急性中毒可致心肌损害,因此在治疗急性中毒患者时,要重点注意保护心肌、改善心肌供血.“,”OBJECTIVE Detect the Myocardial enzymes level after “K powder” acute poisoning and investigate the clinical significance to carry out pharmaceutical care.METHODS Creatine kinase(CK) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) in the plasma of patients with “K powder” acute poisoning were detected by Rosalki rate and Immunosuppression. EKG was also conducted compared with the control group. RESULTS Cardiac enzymes and the incidence of myocardial ischemia of patients with “K powder” acute poisoning were significantly higher than the control group (p <0.01).CONCLUSION “K powder” acute poisoning may cause myocardial damage. So we should pay attention to protect the myocardium and improve myocardial blood supply in the treatment of patients with acute poisoning.
