生活中我们会养成很多习惯,做什么事情感觉习以为常,但是对于糖友们来说,好的习惯可以保留,坏的习惯要丢弃,学会规律地生活。饮食要控制糖尿病病情,首先需要考虑的就是,何时吃以及吃什么。糖尿病人需要平衡饮食,并保证进食时间的规律,以防止体内血糖浓度起伏过大,从而控制病情。
