测定地方性克汀病病区引产胎儿血及肝、脑组织中Cu、Zn含量及CuZnSOD活性,同时测定孕妇血相应指标。发现病区胎儿及孕妇血以及胎儿肝、脑组织中Zn含量、CuZnSOD活性均低于非病区,而Cu含量病区与非病区比较无明显差异,表明病区胎儿存在锌营养不足及由此引起的抗氧化功能下降。病区胎儿的这种代谢紊乱可能与碘缺乏因素等共同构成克汀病发病的基础。
