To explore the association between ACE gene I / D polymorphism and human aerobic capacity and to search for molecular markers, PCR-AFL P (amplified fragment length polymorphism) was used to detect ACE genotype. The results showed that the frequency of I allele was significantly increased in athletes group (P <0.05), and there was a difference in the traits between different genotypes, suggesting that ACEI / D polymorphism is likely to be associated with the body’s motor ability And its sensitivity to exercise training.
