在黄海和渤海表层和微表层中采集了68个站位的海水样品,测定了秋季这两个海域总溶解有机碳(DOC)、叶绿素a、溶解态的单糖(monosaccharides,MCHO)、多糖(polysaccharides,PCHO)和总糖(total dissolved carbohydrate,TCHO)的浓度,对其在表层、微表层的分布,MCHO/TCHO、PCHO/TCHO比值的变化及其在微表层的富集情况进行了研究。结果表明在表层海水中,MCHO、PCHO和TCHO浓度分布呈现相似规律,均表现出近岸高、外海低的特点;TCHO/DOC在黄海和渤海中的平均值分别为13.8%和16.1%,说明碳水化合物是DOC的重要组成部分;PCHO/TCHO的比值与叶绿素a浓度呈正相关;黄、渤海海域中碳水化合物在微表层中呈现一定的富集作用,MCHO、PCHO、TCHO和DOC在黄海中的富集因子平均值分别为2.63、1.81、2.0和1.5,而富集程度的高低与风速、水体的扩散运动、鼓泡作用、悬浮颗粒物的表面吸附作用等因素相关。
Sixty-eight stations of seawater samples were collected from the surface and micro-surface layers of the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea. Total dissolved organic carbon (DOC), chlorophyll a, dissolved monosaccharides (MCHO), polysaccharides (PCHO) and total dissolved carbohydrate (TCHO) were studied. The changes of their distribution in the surface layer and the micro-surface layer, the ratio of MCHO / TCHO and PCHO / TCHO and their enrichment in the micro-surface layer were studied. The results showed that the concentrations of MCHO, PCHO and TCHO in surface seawater showed a similar pattern with high nearshore sea level and low sea level. The average values of TCHO / DOC in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea were respectively 13.8% and 16.1% Carbohydrates are an important part of DOC. The ratio of PCHO / TCHO is positively correlated with chlorophyll a concentration. Carbohydrate in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea shows some enrichment in the micro-surface layer. MCHO, PCHO, TCHO and DOC in the Yellow Sea The average enrichment factor was 2.63, 1.81, 2.0 and 1.5, respectively. The enrichment level was related to wind speed, water diffusion, bubbling and surface adsorption of suspended particles.
