目的探讨哈尔滨市中学生的网络成瘾(IAD)状况及相关影响因素,为采取有效干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取哈尔滨市在校初、高中生共1362名,用一般情况调查表(SGSQ)、Young网络成瘾诊断量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、父母养育方式评定量表(EMBU)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)儿童版进行测查。结果哈尔滨市中学生网络成瘾发生率为5.82%,其中网瘾的发生在不同性别之间、初高中之间、不同的家庭背景和父母教育方式之间差异有统计学意义;网络成瘾中学生的焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表和艾森克各项人格特征得分普遍高于非网络成瘾中学生;logistic回归分析显示,性别、年级、抑郁等6项是中学生网络成瘾的相关因素。结论哈尔滨市中学生网络成瘾的发生与性别、年级、家庭和心理因素关系密切,对其防治应从多方面出发,采取综合措施并早期干预。
Objective To explore the status of internet addiction (IAD) and related influencing factors among middle school students in Harbin, and to provide a theoretical basis for effective intervention. Methods The stratified cluster random sampling method was used to extract 1362 primary and secondary high school students in Harbin. The questionnaires were collected using the General Health Questionnaire (SGSQ), Young Internet Addiction Diagnostic Questionnaire, Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Parental Rearing Scale (EMBU), and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ). Results The prevalence rate of internet addiction among secondary school students in Harbin was 5.82%, among which internet addiction occurred in different genders. There was a significant difference between junior and senior high school, family background and parental education. Self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale and Eysenck’s personality scores were generally higher than non-Internet addiction students; logistic regression analysis showed that gender, grade, depression and other 6 items were related to Internet Addiction in secondary school students . Conclusions The occurrence of internet addiction among middle school students in Harbin is closely related to sex, grade, family and psychological factors. Therefore, they should take comprehensive measures and take early intervention in prevention and treatment from various aspects.
