教学反思是开展有效教学的一个重要过程,教师的教学效果不太明显,往往是他们对教学的反思做的不深入。针对这种情况,本文提出在中学语文教学中的一些对反思的认识:语文教学反思不宜面面俱到;教学反思选择了某一个对象,待其有所改进后再做进一步调整;评其他教师的课也是对自己课的反思。通过以上三方面的探究,来提高中学语文的教学质量。
Teaching reflection is an important process to carry out effective teaching. Teachers’ teaching effects are not obvious, and they often do not go deep into the reflection of teaching. In view of this situation, this paper puts forward some cognitions on reflection in middle school Chinese teaching: the reflection of Chinese teaching should not be exhaustive; the reflection of teaching chooses an object and will be further adjusted after its improvement; the other teachers’ Reflections on one’s own lesson. Through the above three aspects of inquiry, to improve the quality of teaching in middle school.
