传统制种方法使食用菌专业户受到限制。我们通过生产实践,总结出简易快速制种法。现介绍如下:一、母种的扩制(一)选瓶选用扁的或方的酒瓶代替试管,这样每个酒瓶内所装培养基的面积相当于20个试管斜面。酒瓶易得,且瓶口与管口直径基本相等。(二)天然无琼脂培养基的配制配方为小麦粉25%,玉米粉15%,小米粉20%,黄豆粉15%,高粱粉25%,水220%~230%。将原料与水拌匀,装入酒瓶
