A method of constructing orthogonal arrays is presented by Zhang, Lu and Pang in 1999.In this paper,the method is developed by introducing a replacement scheme on the construction of orthogonal arrays ,and some new mixed-level orthogonal a rrays of run size 36 are constructed.
