为研究先进的出行者信息系统(ATIS)对路网容量的影响,分别研究了ATIS发布的信息质量和ATIS的市场渗透率两因素对路网容量的影响。针对ATIS信息质量,利用随机用户均衡建模理论,建立了考虑路段容量约束的路网容量双层规划模型,其中信息质量水平通过随机分配参数来反映;针对ATIS市场渗透率,则建立一个具有混合型随机交通分配的路网容量模型。在此基础上,分别设计了模型的启发式算法,并进行了数值计算,获得了不同信息质量水平和市场渗透率水平对路网容量的影响效果。
In order to study the influence of advanced traveler information system (ATIS) on the capacity of road network, the influence of two factors of information quality of ATIS and market penetration of ATIS on the capacity of road network are studied respectively. According to the ATIS information quality, using the stochastic user equilibrium modeling theory, a bi-level programming model of road network capacity considering the link capacity constraints is established, in which the information quality level is reflected by the random allocation of parameters. On this basis, the heuristic algorithm of the model was designed and calculated numerically, and the effect of different levels of information quality and market penetration on the network capacity was obtained.
