介绍铁矿石X射线荧光分析(XRF)现场取样的技术及其在武钢金山店铁矿的应用效果。主要讨论XRF现场取样中的几何效应、基体效应、水份及矿化不均匀性的影响和校正办法.试验表明,XRF现场取样的合格率达到87.6%,超过了传统的人工取样化验方法的重现性,其速度比传统方法至少提高200倍,并明显地降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益.
This paper introduces the field sampling technology of iron ore X - ray fluorescence (XRF) and its application effect in Jinshandi Iron Mine, Wuhan Iron and Steel. Mainly discusses the geometric effects in the XRF field sampling, matrix effects, water and mineralization of the impact of non-uniformity and correction methods. The test shows that the sampling rate of XRF field is up to 87.6%, which surpasses the reproducibility of the traditional manual sampling method, which is at least 200 times faster than the traditional method and obviously reduces the production cost and improves the economic benefit .
