目的系统研究海洋放线菌Streptomyces sp.的次级代谢产物。方法采用硅胶开放柱色谱、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱以及高效液相色谱等分离方法对Streptomyces sp.的次级代谢产物进行分离、纯化;根据理化性质和波谱学分析对所得单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果与结论从海洋放线菌Streptomyces sp.发酵物的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离得到12个已知化合物,分别鉴定为3-苄基吡咯并哌嗪-25,-二酮(1)、3-苄基-8-羟基吡咯并哌嗪-25,-二酮(2)3、-对羟苄基-8-羟基吡咯并哌嗪-25,-二酮(3)、3-([1H-吲哚-3’-基)甲基]吡咯并哌嗪-25,-二酮(4)3、-异丁基-6-异丙基哌嗪-2,5-二酮(5)、3-异丙基吡咯并哌嗪-25,-二酮(6)、二吡咯并哌嗪-25,-二酮(7)、N-苯乙基乙酰胺(8)、4’7,-二羟基异黄酮(9)4、’5,7,-三羟基异黄酮(10)4、’,7-二羟基二氢黄酮(11)、吡咯-2-甲酸(12)。以上化合物均为首次从该链霉菌属菌株中分离得到。
Objective To study the secondary metabolites of marine actinomycetes Streptomyces sp. Methods The secondary metabolites of Streptomyces sp. Were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structure of the obtained monomer compounds was analyzed by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods Identification. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Twelve known compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the marine actinomycete Streptomyces sp. And identified as 3-benzylpyrrolopiperazine-25, -dione (1), 3 -benzyl-8-hydroxypyrrolopiperazine-25, -dione (2) 3, p-hydroxybenzyl-8-hydroxypyrrolopiperazine-25, -dione (3), 3- (4) 3, -isobutyl-6-isopropylpiperazine-2,5-dione (5), Isopropylpyrrolopiperazine-25, -dione (6), dipyrrolopiperazine-25, -dione (7), N-phenylethylacetamide (8), 4’7, - Dihydroisoflavone (9) 4, ’5,7’ - Trihydroxy isoflavone (10) 4 ’, 7-dihydroxyflavone (11), Pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid (12). The above compounds were isolated from the Streptomyces strains for the first time.
