介绍了以N iCr箔、Cr3C2粉、T i粉、C粉等为原料,利用氩弧熔覆的方法制备的N iCr-Cr3C2-T i-C复合堆焊层的性能特点;采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪及显微硬度计等仪器,研究了熔覆层的相组成、组织结构、成分分布和涂层断面显微硬度分布。结果表明:熔覆层组织由N i基固溶体、T iC和Cr23C6等相组成,其最高显微硬度在1 800~2 000HV范围内。另外,通过湿砂磨粒磨损试验,对N iCr-Cr3C2-T i-C堆焊层与其他各材料的磨粒磨损性能进行了比较,结果显示:N iCr-Cr3C2-T i-C堆焊层有较强的耐磨性能,可用于磨煤机磨辊的修复。
The properties of N i Cr-Cr3C2-T iC composite surfacing layer with N i Cr foil, Cr3C2 powder, Ti powder and C powder as raw materials were introduced. The phase composition, microstructure, composition distribution and microhardness distribution of the coating were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the coating consists of Ni-based solid solution, T iC and Cr23C6 phases, and the highest microhardness is in the range of 1 800-2 000 HV. In addition, the abrasive wear performance of NiCr-Cr3C2-TiC overlay and other materials were compared by wet abrasive wear test.
