本文介绍了台湾第一座零碳绿色建筑——成功大学“绿色魔法学校”。该建筑于2011年1月落成,并取得台湾钻石级绿色建筑标章认证。该大楼没有使用昂贵的高科技,而是以“适当技术”、“本土科技”、“四倍数效益”为号召,动员了成功大学4位教授,带领12位博硕士生为其多项建筑设计效益进行科学实验研究,证实将达到节能65%的超高水平。尤其本大楼采用最自然、最便宜的吊扇设计与灶窑通风系统让办公室与国际会议厅的空调分别节能76%和27%。为了进一步达成“零碳建筑”的最高理想,成功大学特别拨出4.7hm2的校园户外空间作为造林之用,这人造林将可吸附绿色魔法学校每年总用电量113200kWh所排放的CO2总量。
This article introduces Taiwan’s first zero-carbon green building - Chenggong University “Green Magic School ”. The building was completed in January 2011 and has been certified as a diamond-grade green building in Taiwan.
