观察中药咳喘落对哮喘患者外周血白细胞介素 5(IL 5)、嗜酸性粒细胞 (EOS)及其脱颗粒产物嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白 (ECP)等影响 ,探讨咳喘落治疗哮喘抑制气道变应性炎症的作用环节。 92例轻中度发作期哮喘患者随机分为咳喘落治疗组和氨茶碱加酮替酚对照组 ,经咳喘落治疗 4 周后哮喘患者外周血EOS绝对值计数、ECP和IL 5含量均显著下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,肺功能指标FEV1 0 、V50 、V2 5值显著增加 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,其中ECP和IL 5下降幅度大于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,V50 、V2 5值改善优于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,提示咳喘落通过调节IL 5的水平、抑制嗜酸性粒细胞在气道内募集及其毒性颗粒蛋白的释放而发挥抗气道变应性炎症的作用
Observe the effects of Chinese traditional medicine Kechuanchuan on peripheral blood interleukin 5 (IL 5), eosinophils (EOS) and eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) in patients with asthma. The role of airway allergic inflammation. Ninety-two patients with mild-to-moderate attack were randomly divided into cough and asthma treatment group and aminophylline plus ketotifen control group. The EOS absolute counts, ECP, and IL 5 levels in peripheral blood of asthmatic patients after 4 weeks of cough and asthma were treated. Significantly decreased (P <0. 01), lung function FEV1 0, V50, V2 5 values increased significantly (P <0. 01), of which ECP and IL 5 decreased more than the control group (P <0. 1), V50, V2 5 values improved better than the control group (P <0. 01), suggesting that cough and breath fall through the regulation of IL 5 levels, inhibition of eosinophil recruitment in the airway and its release of toxic particulate proteins.
