摘要目的介绍一种评估肺癌双血供的CT灌注新技术及其初步研究结果。方法本研究经由单位伦理委员会批准。我们制定了一个CT成像规范,并应用一个双输入CT灌注(DI-CTP)分析模型来评估肺肿瘤的血流分数。分别选择肺动脉干和降主动脉作为肺循环和支气管循环的输入血管。用最大斜率法计算肺血流(PF)、支气管血流(BF)和灌注指数[PI,PI=PF/(PF+BF)]。
Abstract Objective To introduce a new CT perfusion technique for assessing dual blood supply of lung cancer and its preliminary results. Methods This study was approved by the unit ethics committee. We developed a CT imaging specification and used a two-input CT perfusion (DI-CTP) analysis model to assess the blood flow fraction of lung tumors. The pulmonary artery and the descending aorta were selected as the input vessels for pulmonary circulation and bronchial circulation respectively. Pulmonary blood flow (PF), bronchial blood flow (BF) and perfusion index [PI, PI = PF / (PF + BF)] were calculated using the maximum slope method.
