植物中的微量元素一般都能反映地下的地质情况。本实验的目的是:分析植物的微量元素,研究这些微量元素的信息,找出异常元素与成矿的联系。 1.实验 1) 样品制备 从北京和南方铀矿区采集茶籽油树、松树和杉树样品。每种树的取样地区均包括矿区和背景值区。样品重量平均为100g。采集的样品用清水洗净、晾干。把样品放入烘箱,温度105℃,约烘20小时。再放在电热板上炭化,不断搅动,至无烟,约1小时。把炭化的样品再在450℃下灼烧2小时。取植物灰20~30mg,装入φ6mm、高20mm的小铝筒内,并用铝箔包好。 2) 制标准 分别用分析纯的U_3O_8、ThO_2配制成盐酸体系的标准溶液,定量滴在同一滤纸片上与样品
