改革开放30多年来,随着我国市场经济的发展,我国社会经济发展取得了举世瞩目的骄人成绩。同时,伴随着市场经济的发展,我国能源型垄断企业迅速发展,为我国的经济发展做出了巨大的贡献。位居我国能源企业之首的中石油,更是在今年成为全球市值最大的企业。然而,在中石油等能源型企业取得可喜业绩的同时,我们同时也看到了它们在发展中所出现的问题。本文以中国石油为例,通过对中石油同国内外相关企业进行比较分析,得出中石油在市值、利润和人均产出方面存在严重问题,警示我国能源型垄断企业不应被表面的成绩所蒙蔽,而应不断地在产品和管理效率上提升自己的水平,不断创新,实现作为一家国企所应当承担的企业责任和社会责任。 Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, with the development of China’s market economy, China’s social and economic development has made remarkable achievements that have attracted worldwide attention. At the same time, along with the development of market economy, the rapid development of China’s energy-based monopoly enterprises has made tremendous contributions to the economic development of our country. PetroChina, which ranks first among China’s energy companies, is even becoming the largest global market capitalization enterprise this year. However, while the energy-based enterprises such as CNPC have made gratifying achievements, we also see the problems they have encountered in their development. Taking PetroChina as an example, through a comparative analysis of PetroChina and other domestic and foreign related enterprises, it concludes that PetroChina has serious problems in terms of market capitalization, profit and per capita output, and warns that energy monopoly enterprises in China should not be blinded by superficial achievements, Instead, we should constantly upgrade our standards in product and management efficiency and innovate to realize the corporate responsibility and social responsibility that a state-owned enterprise should shoulder.
