不论是薄膜还是粉末直流场致发光屏,它们的工作电压都可能比交流场致发光屏低。最近,我们能够制出工作电压低至20伏并有适当的亮度,尤其是具有很好的老化特性的薄膜发光屏。另一方面,我们在粉末直流场致发光屏方面的工作由于它的急剧老化而遇到困难。因此,很有必要更好地了解这些屏。为此,本文的目的在于研究ZnS粉末屏的形成过程,局部辐射,老化和场致发光机构。
Either the film or the powder DC electroluminescent screen, their operating voltage may be lower than the AC electroluminescent screen. Recently, we have been able to produce thin film luminaires with operating voltages as low as 20 volts and with appropriate brightness, especially with good aging characteristics. On the other hand, our work on powder DC electroluminescent panels has encountered difficulties due to its rapid aging. Therefore, it is necessary to understand these screens better. To this end, the purpose of this paper is to study the formation of ZnS powder screen, local radiation, aging and electroluminescence mechanism.
