目的　探讨眼内硅油取出的时机、取出方法、并发症及其危险因素。方法　 42例 (42只眼 )睫状体扁平部作切口 ,应用玻璃体切割机负压吸引行眼内硅油取出术 ,取出时间平均为硅油注入术后 5 .7个月。结果　硅油取出术后视力提高 13例 (31% ) ,视力不变 2 2例 (5 2 % ) ,视力下降 7例 (17% )。术后视网膜在位 37例 ,3例分别于硅油取出术后第 5天、第 8天及第 2 0天视网膜脱离复发。术后发生低眼压 1例 (≤ 5 mm Hg)。 4例角膜变性术后无明显变化。结论　硅油取出术后视网膜脱离复发多发生在术后 3个月内 ,当视网膜复位稳定 ,适时地取出硅油将减少并发症的发生。 Objective To investigate the timing of removal of intraocular silicone oil, its extraction methods, complications and risk factors. Methods 42 cases (42 eyes) of ciliary body flat part for incision, vitrectomy suction suction intraocular silicone oil removal, removal time average of 5 .7 months after silicone oil injection. Results After the removal of silicone oil, 13 cases (31%) had visual acuity, 22 cases (52%) had unchanged visual acuity, and 7 cases (17%) had decreased visual acuity. Retinal reattachment in 37 cases, 3 cases of silicone oil removed after the first 5 days, 8 days and 20 days recurrence of retinal detachment. Postoperative hypotensive pressure in 1 case (≤ 5 mm Hg). Four cases of corneal degeneration did not change significantly. Conclusion The removal of retinal detachment occurred more than 3 months after the removal of silicone oil. When the retinal detachment is stable and timely removal of silicone oil will reduce the incidence of complications.
