目的:观察臭氧治疗对老年细菌性阴道炎患者阴道内环境的影响。方法:细菌性阴道炎患者200例,按治疗方式分为臭氧组和用药组,每组100例,以同期健康体检的100例妇女做对照组。臭氧组应用臭氧治疗,用药组采用甲硝唑栓阴道给药,观察两组患者疗效,高倍镜检联合阴道分泌物五联检测和细菌培养等方法检测治疗前后阴道pH值及乳酸杆菌菌落数并与对照组比较。结果:两组患者治疗总有效率无显著差异(P>0.05);臭氧组治愈率和复发率显著优于用药组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前pH值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌菌落数显著少于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗前乳酸杆菌和病原菌检出率间无显著差异(P>0.05);臭氧组治疗后pH值显著降低(P<0.05),乳酸杆菌菌落数显著升高(P<0.05);乳酸杆菌检出率显著高于治疗前和用药组(P<0.05);用药组治疗前后无显著改变(P>0.05)。结论:臭氧治疗可改善老年细菌性阴道炎患者阴道pH值,增加乳酸杆菌菌落数进而改善阴道内环境,从而起到良好的治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the effect of ozone therapy on vaginal environment in elderly patients with bacterial vaginosis. Methods: 200 cases of bacterial vaginosis were divided into two groups according to the treatment: ozone group and medication group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group consisted of 100 healthy women in the same period. The ozone group was treated with ozone, and the metronidazole suppository was administered vaginally to the medication group. The curative effect of the two groups was observed. The vaginal pH value and the number of lactic acid bacteria colonies before and after treatment were detected by the combination of high magnification microscopic examination of vaginal secretions and bacterial culture Compared with the control group. Results: There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P> 0.05). The cure rate and recurrence rate of the ozone group were significantly better than those of the drug group (P <0.05). The pH values of the two groups before treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The number of lactobacillus was significantly less than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rate of lactobacilli and pathogen between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05) (P <0.05). The number of lactobacillus was significantly increased (P <0.05). The detection rate of Lactobacillus was significantly higher than that before treatment and before treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant change in the treatment group before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Ozone treatment can improve vaginal pH in elderly patients with bacterial vaginosis, increase the number of lactobacilli colonies and thus improve the vaginal environment, which play a good therapeutic effect.
